2. Billing and Payments

  • Currency and Pricing: All subscription fees are as listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice to our users.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions DO NOT auto-renew. Your service will expire automatically at the end of the current billing period. To continue the service, you must manually purchase a renewal or a new subscription.
  • Payment Requirement: Payment for each new subscription or renewal is required upfront. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
  • Failed Payments: Failure to make a payment by the due date may result in the immediate suspension of your service. You remain responsible for any unpaid fees incurred up until the date of suspension.

3. Content and Service Use

  • Limited License: Best IPTV Ireland grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to stream the content for personal, private, and non-commercial use only.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to record, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any content provided through our service without our express written permission. Unauthorized use is a serious violation and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
  • Service Changes: We may, at any time, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service, including the removal of specific channels or content due to licensing restrictions, technical issues, or other operational necessities. We do not guarantee the permanent availability, accuracy, or continuity of any specific content.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: Best IPTV Ireland makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or quality of the service. We are not liable for any service interruptions, content errors, quality issues, or loss of access.
  • Disclaimer of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best IPTV Ireland is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our service.
